Average delivery times

Orders are sent via DHL and PostNL. Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

(Free) Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of €30 or more. For orders under €30, the standard shipping rate is €6.50 in the Netherlands.

For orders outside the Netherlands, a standard shipping rate of €11 applies, regardless of the order value. This rate remains the same regardless of whether the order is below or above €28.

track your order

You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. The Track and Trace can be followed online anytime, anywhere from 1-3 days after your order, so you know exactly when you can expect your products at home.
